Refunds.
If Steading isn't for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.
How to ask.
Write to [email protected] from the email you bought with, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Paddle, our reseller, sends the refund back to how you paid. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days.
What happens to your campaigns.
Your purchase is removed, so you can't start new campaigns. Everything you wrote stays on your devices, and you can still export all of it to Markdown.
After 30 days.
Write to us anyway if something went wrong. Where the law gives you more rights than this page does, the law wins.
